Domestic Orders

Ships within the United States using USPS Priority Mail. Orders are usually shipped within 1 to 3 business days after purchase. Once shipped, the delivery window for USPS Priority Mail is 2 to 5 business days.

If you prefer different shipping method or expedited shipping, please contact me in advance. (additional fees apply)

International Orders

Ships internationally using USPS Priority Mail International. Once shipped, the delivery window for USPS Priority Mail is 6 to 10 business days. Please note that each country mandates different customs duties, taxes, etc., and customers are responsible for these additional fees.

Returns & Exchange

I really hope you like your piece and don’t have to think about returning it but I know it happens so here is the guideline! I want to make things fair for both of us -

Please contact me within10 days if you’re unhappy with the purchased item, for an exchange or a refund. Once I receive your item, I will issue a refund or ship out the exchanged item.

• Items must not show signs of use and need to be returned in original packaging.

• I won’t be able to refund the initial shipping cost.

• Please arrange your shipment for a returned item - if it’s lost or damaged, I won’t be able to issue a refund or exchange so I would highly recommend using “guaranteed” shipping method with a tracking number/insurance.

• To exchange, please note that the shipping fee will occur.

• Made to order and custom orders are all final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

• Worn and damaged items cannot be returned or exchanged.
